- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, and egg. Add oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix gently until combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through, checking internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Serve meatballs with warmed marinara sauce.
