Gather your ingredients and tools. You’ll need a medium bowl, a spoon for mixing, and serving bowls for the final presentation.
In your medium bowl, add 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt. Stir until smooth.
Add 1/2 cup of canned pumpkin puree, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
Spoon the pumpkin yogurt mixture into your serving bowls. Top each bowl with 1/4 cup of granola and 2 tablespoons of chopped pecans or walnuts. Optionally, add fresh whipped cream and sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice.
