Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients to make the process smoother.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, shredded coconut, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan and press down firmly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Lift the bars out using the parchment overhang, cool completely on a wire rack, and cut into squares.
