Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the wider end of each crescent triangle. Add 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top. Roll up each triangle tightly.
Brush the tops of the crescent bites with the beaten egg and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool slightly before serving.
