Ingredients
  

Crescent Roll Dough
  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • Fresh rosemary or parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the wider end of each crescent triangle. Add 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top. Roll up each triangle tightly.
  5. Brush the tops of the crescent bites with the beaten egg and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool slightly before serving.
