Combine the beef mixture with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and half of the crushed Doritos. Pour this mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and the rest of the crushed Doritos.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
