- Gather all ingredients and measure them out.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl: oat flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas and mix with honey, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
