Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the lemon herb mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
