- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a medium bowl. Place chicken in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
