Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and place them on your kitchen counter.
  2. Add vanilla yogurt and almond milk to the blender.
  3. Add frozen banana, spinach, and mixed berries to the blender. Blend on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth.
  4. Check consistency; add more almond milk if too thick. Taste and add more honey if desired, then blend again briefly.
  5. Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream if desired, and garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves.
