  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded turkey.
  3. Add the stuffing mix and chicken broth to the turkey.
  4. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Crack the egg into the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Roll the mixture into balls about 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
