Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until browned, about 5-7.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 until fragrant. Stir in frozen mixed vegetables and cook for another 2-3.
Combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in the skillet. Mix well.
Spread the beef mixture in a 9x13-inch baking dish, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and layer tater tots on top.
Bake for 30-35 until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
