Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, frozen mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until heated through.
Transfer the beef mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture, then arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
