Prepare the baby carrots by peeling and trimming them. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the carrots in a single layer on the baking sheet and drizzle the glaze over them. Toss to coat evenly.
Roast the carrots for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
