Method
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, salt, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until crumbly. Press half into the bottom of a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool slightly. Sprinkle mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts over the crust.
- Crumble the remaining crumb mixture over the top of the filling. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Let the bars cool completely before cutting into squares.
