  • 1 pound ground beef provides protein and rich flavor

Method
 

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then dice them into small cubes. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Then, add the ground beef and brown for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet, stirring to mix well with the beef and onions.
  4. Sprinkle in the paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to coat the potatoes with the spices.
  5. Pour in the beef broth, cover, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Add frozen peas in the last 5 minutes of cooking. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
