  • 1 pound breakfast sausage Choose between mild or spicy.
  • 2 cups Bisquick mix This is the base for your biscuit dough.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Adds a rich, cheesy flavor.
  • 1/2 cup milk Helps bind the ingredients together.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Optional for added flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Optional for added flavor.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, Bisquick mix, and shredded cheddar cheese. Add garlic powder and onion powder if using. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gradually pour in the milk and stir until it forms a slightly sticky dough.
  4. Roll small portions of the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
