Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread pretzel sticks evenly across the baking sheet.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat, then add the caramel sauce and stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the warm caramel mixture over the pretzel sticks, ensuring each pretzel is coated.
  4. Bake the pretzels and caramel mixture for 5-7 minutes, then let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
  6. Sprinkle the melted chocolate over the warm caramel pretzels and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle sea salt over the chocolate layer and allow the bark to cool completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
  8. Once set, break the bark into pieces and enjoy.
