- Prepare the vegetables by dicing the onion and green bell pepper, and mincing the garlic.
- Cook the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add the softened cream cheese and stir until melted. Then mix in the shredded provolone and mozzarella cheeses until creamy.
