Method
 

  1. Prepare the vegetables by dicing the onion and green bell pepper, and mincing the garlic.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Add the softened cream cheese and stir until melted. Then mix in the shredded provolone and mozzarella cheeses until creamy.
