In a large mixing bowl, combine light corn syrup, packed brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
Stir in pecan halves into the filling mixture and pour it into the prepared pie crust.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the pie for 60 to 70 minutes until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
