In a large bowl, whisk together corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans.
Pour the pecan filling over the hot crust and spread evenly. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until the filling is set and golden brown.
Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares. For best results, chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
