Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and salt. Mix well until evenly coated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom to form an even layer.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and pecan halves until well combined. Pour over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the pecan mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden brown and chocolate is melted.
  6. Let cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares or bars.
