Ingredients
  

Beef and Vegetables
  • 1 pound beef sausage sliced
  • 4 cups green cabbage chopped
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 bell peppers sliced (any color)
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
  • 2 green onions chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Slice the beef sausage into bite-sized pieces, chop the cabbage, slice the onion and bell peppers, and mince the garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the sliced beef sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the sliced onion and bell peppers to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften. Then add the chopped cabbage and minced garlic.
  4. Season with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still crunchy.
  5. Drizzle in soy sauce if desired, mix well, and cook for another minute. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
