- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill.
- Make the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese until smooth, then adding powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture. Pour over the chilled crust.
- Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
