- Gather all ingredients.
- In a medium saucepan, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, and milk. Heat over medium, stirring until smooth and boiling. Cook for 1 minute without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in quick-cooking oats until fully combined.
- Let the mixture cool for about 5 minutes, then drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set.
