Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
Filling
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture, then add melted chocolate and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the chilled crust, spread evenly, and cover with plastic wrap. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
