  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 9-inch pre-made graham cracker crust
  • Fresh fruit or chocolate sauce for topping (optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the crust by placing the pre-made graham cracker crust on a serving plate.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling by beating the softened cream cheese until smooth, then adding powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture. Pour into the crust and chill for at least 240 minutes.
  4. Serve the cheesecake topped with fresh fruit or chocolate sauce.
