  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed For that rich, caramel-like flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon A warm spice that enhances the apple flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt To balance the sweetness.
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter This adds creaminess and a nutty taste.
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt For a smooth and tangy layer.
  • 1 cup whipped topping To give a light and fluffy texture.
  • 2 cups diced apples Fresh or canned, these add a juicy crunch.
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional) For a delightful crunch and nutty flavor.
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce For drizzling on top, adding a sweet finish.

  3. In a 9x13 inch dish, spread half of the oatmeal mixture evenly across the bottom. Layer half of the peanut butter yogurt mixture over the oats, followed by half of the diced apples and half of the whipped topping. Repeat these layers with the remaining ingredients.
