Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, finely chopped onion, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a small loaf. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Brush the glaze over each meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
