- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of muffin cups.
- Make the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until combined.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling into the prepared crusts and smooth the tops. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
