Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed corn with the mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir gently to ensure the corn is well coated.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled feta cheese, chopped cilantro, and diced red onion to the bowl. Then, sprinkle in the chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and smooth the top for an even bake.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips over the top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving with lime wedges.
