Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and dried fruit over the crust.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the chocolate chips are melted.
  5. Let the bars cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
