In a small bowl, combine honey, melted butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Whisk until well combined.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
After 15 minutes, glaze the salmon with the honey garlic butter sauce. Optionally, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a caramelized top.
Let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
