- Peel, core, and slice the pears. Place them in a bowl and add lemon juice, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Toss to coat.
- In another bowl, mix oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, dark chocolate chips, and salt until crumbly. Add nuts if desired.
- Spread the pear mixture in a greased baking dish and sprinkle the crumble topping over it.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 30-35 minutes until pears are tender and topping is golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
