- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Prepare your muffin tin with liners or grease it.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth.

- Fill muffin tins about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, check for doneness with a toothpick.
