Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients measured and ready.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm water, olive oil, and honey (or sugar).
  4. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, and Parmesan cheese (if using).
  6. Transfer the dough onto a prepared baking sheet and shape it into a loaf or rolls.
  7. Let the dough rise for about 10-15 minutes, covered with a kitchen towel.
  8. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Brush the top with a mixture of minced garlic and olive oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
