Method
 

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook in olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  2. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute, then add chicken broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Combine the cooked chicken and drained pasta with the sauce, stir in Parmesan cheese, and adjust seasoning before serving.
