  • 1 pound kielbasa Sliced into rounds.
  • 1 medium onion Diced.
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese For creaminess.
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup Adds a rich, creamy base.
  • 1 cup sour cream For extra creaminess and tang.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder To complement the fresh onion.
  • salt and pepper To taste.
  • fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Method
 

  1. Prepare all ingredients by gathering, slicing kielbasa, dicing onion, and mixing the creamy sauce.
  2. Layer half of the frozen pierogies, kielbasa, onion, cheese, and half of the creamy soup mixture in the crockpot. Repeat layers.
  3. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. After cooking, stir gently to combine layers and garnish with parsley before serving.
