Cabbage Wedges
  • 2 cups green cabbage, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • to taste fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cabbage by removing outer leaves, rinsing, and cutting into 1-inch thick wedges.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add cabbage wedges and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  4. Place cabbage wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
