- Prepare the cabbage by removing outer leaves, rinsing, and cutting into 1-inch thick wedges.
- In a large mixing bowl, add cabbage wedges and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Place cabbage wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
