Prepare the chicken by shredding it into bite-sized pieces if using leftover chicken, or cook raw chicken until fully cooked.
Sauté diced green onions in a skillet with a little oil for 2-3 minutes until soft.
In a slow cooker, combine shredded chicken, sautéed vegetables, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well mixed.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Stir in cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, frozen corn, and half of the green onions. Mix until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper as needed and serve hot.
