  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and tools.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and crumbled feta cheese. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used, yielding about 12 to 15 mini cheese balls.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine the finely chopped pecans and dried cranberries. Roll each cheese ball in the mixture until fully coated.
  5. Place the cheese balls on a serving platter. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
