Cranberries
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries Rinsed and drained
  • 1 medium orange Peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon Optional

Method
 

  1. Gather your ingredients: fresh cranberries, orange, sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon.
  2. Rinse the cranberries under cold water and drain well.
  3. Peel and chop the orange, removing all the white pith.
  4. Combine cranberries, orange, walnuts, and cinnamon in a food processor.
  5. Pulse the mixture to achieve a coarsely chopped consistency.
  6. Transfer the relish to a bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
