Method
 

  1. Gather your ingredients: white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, dried cranberries, orange zest, pecans (if using), and salt.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract, orange zest, and salt. Mix well, then gently fold in chopped dried cranberries and pecans.
  4. Pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish lined with parchment paper. Spread evenly and chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
  5. Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
