Ingredients
  

Cream Cheese Mixture
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and lay them out for easy access.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, chopped dried cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well blended and creamy.
  3. Spread about 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture evenly over one tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle extra chopped cranberries or crumbled feta on top of the spread.
  5. Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Repeat with remaining tortillas and cream cheese mixture.
  6. Wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. After chilling, slice each log into 1-inch thick pinwheels and arrange on a serving platter.
