  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Pour marinara sauce into the skillet with the cooked chicken. Stir gently and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rotini pasta and cottage cheese. Mix well until pasta is evenly coated.
  4. Layer the pasta mixture in a serving dish, spoon the chicken and marinara sauce over it, and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Preheat the oven’s broiler and place the assembled dish under it for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
