- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained sweet corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Add the cornmeal, shredded cheddar cheese, sugar, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
