- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened shredded coconut, granulated sugar, egg whites, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until sticky.
- Drop mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the macaroons cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
