Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients before starting to cook.
  2. Heat a large skillet or pot over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic; sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add elbow macaroni, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
