Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients.
In a large mixing bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well mixed. Add vanilla extract and salt, mixing until smooth.
Gradually mix in the funfetti cake mix until fully incorporated.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden around the edges but still soft in the center. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely. Optionally, decorate with extra sprinkles or melted white chocolate.
