- Gather all ingredients.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and milk. Heat over medium, stirring until boiling. Boil for 1 minute without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in quick-cooking oats until fully coated.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill at room temperature for 30 minutes or in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
