  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut (optional)

Method
 

  1. Gather your ingredients: almond butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract, salt, and shredded coconut (if using).
  2. Prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  4. If using, gently fold in shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  6. Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
